What people say about us

Michael Orlov
I've been to many places, but this is the first time I've traveled in such a format and within Russia.

The conclusion is simple: a complete delight! I am usually demanding about comfort, but here I have no complaints. The group was united perfectly, everything was organized in a smart way, and now I have rafting and horses - a separate passion!

And one more thing: our company is pleased to do business with an organization that shares ESG values!

To Altai only with ecoshamanvibe!

A magical tour! Especially lucky that Altai was favorable in terms of weather. I went with my mother, worried that she would be tired, but even the hiking routes were easy. Thanks to the team with my whole heart for the atmosphere, vision, total immersion in nature and culture! Special thanks to Shun for his company, stories, playing instruments and singing, interesting cuisine, comfort and the whole range of experiences!

I've been going to Altai for a long time, heard a lot about it. At first I thought to organize everything by myself, but by chance I saw an advertisement of the guys and wanted to talk to them. The next day I already decided to entrust them with my vacation!)

What I especially liked:
- Altai and its greatness!
- variety of the program
- the guys' attitude to nature, their musicality, creativity and feeling!
August 2023 was legendary! Dudes, hugs to everyone once again!!!

To be honest, I fell in love with Altai with all my heart and the guys from ecoshamanvibe are totally to blame. Our trip was seemingly quick - just a week - but what a week it was! Impressions to last a lifetime. And what starry nights there! Wow!

FAQ
  1. Choose a tour, leave an application
  2. Contact with our manager
  3. Make a prepayment — we include you in the tour group.
  4. Look forward to the date of the tour, tune in to the right mood.
  5. 4−5 days before the start we create a chat in Telegram. We see who is not in there and contact in another way and also add you to the chat.
  6. We meet on the first day, you pay the remaining amount, get gifts.
  7. We relax so that the trip will be the best of your life!
  8. At the end of the tour, we escort you home and say goodbye warmly.
  9. We send you photos and videos from the tour in the chat room.
  10. If you wish, you leave a review, recommend us to your friends and family :)
  11. Look forward to our next meeting next season!
We recommend arriving the day before the start of the program (we can help with booking seats) due to the difference in time zones. This way you will acclimatize, you will not be late for the morning assembly, and, most importantly, you will have a great time on the first day of the tour.
You can fly out the next day after the end of the trip, waking up in the hotel in Gorno-Altaisk. Depending on the departure, we can take you to the airport and warmly say goodbye.

For example, if the tour will last from the 9th to the 15th, it would be better to arrive on the 8th and leave on the 16th.
  • Most of the way we will travel on a comfortable minibus of a fresh year of production with 15 seats.
  • On hard-to-reach areas we will be helped by a prepared UAZ (s).
  • We will cross the Golden Lake on a big boat, the mountain river twice on a small boat, ride horses.
Every day on our route we will stop at either a hotel or a recreation center. Regardless of where we stop, you will feel very comfortable, so much so that you won’t want to go any further! We will be waiting for you mostly 2−3 rooms with separate beds. At the recreation centers will be warm, cozy, wooden houses. Only in one place there will be accommodation for 4 people, alas, this is a desperate measure due to the lack of alternatives, but it will be compensated by gorgeous views.

At your request and the possibility of a place to stop, we will consider the possibility of organizing separate accommodation. Electricity will be everywhere, charging devices will not be a problem. If the night will be cold — we will melt the stove. Showers and toilets in cabins are not at all bases, sometimes they are separate. Baths will be on most bases, almost every day.

You can check the exact conditions of accommodation by day with the organizers of a particular tour.
Our photographer will capture your personal and our shared beautiful moments along the route, then, select the best ones, process them, upload them to a file sharing site and send the links to the chat room.

The videographer will capture everything on a drone/video camera and share the link on the halo exchange as well.
Yes, mostly the connection is good everywhere, the only exception is very remote areas where we will be for a very short time. Give preference to MTS/Tele2/Beeline operators.
An excellent option will be a hiking backpack with a capacity of 60−75 liters. An alternative to it is a suitcase of size S (for hand luggage). During trips, the main things will be stored in the trunk of our bus or at the recreation center.
For hiking trips, you will only need a backpack/capacity belt bag for personal items: water and such.
We advise you not to take shoulder bags as they are not very secure on the body.
Not fiction - reality.
We can show you!
Your phone can have
the same photos!
About ESG
In developing the strategy, we have pursued the following objectives:
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) is a set of characteristics of company management, which achieves the involvement of the company in solving environmental, social, and governance problems. ESG are three parameters according to which companies ensure sustainable development management.

Since the natural territory of the Altai Mountains is predominantly a specially protected and extremely vulnerable area, our team has developed a sustainable development strategy — "Worthy Guardian of Altai" - in accordance with the principles of the Russian Geographical Society and international standards of the GSTC (The Global Sustainable Tourism Council).
  1. To solve environmental problems and reduce environmental pollution, not to harm the ecosystem of the region;
  2. Develop favorable relationships with local communities;
  3. Provide staff with decent pay and comfortable working conditions;
  4. Improve customer experience and build a loyalty program;
  5. Promote community awareness of sustainable development principles.

Principles of the "Worthy Guardian of Altai" strategy

Socio-cultural policy:
  • Involvement of the local population in tours to increase interest in the original culture of the peoples of Russia (guides, cultural figures, food producers, souvenir makers);
  • Preference for local residents in hiring;
  • Promotion of education and professional development of personnel;
  • Supporting local businesses: prioritizing local cafes and restaurants (provided quality standards are maintained); local hotels and recreation centers; using the services of local partner companies (e.g., water rafting organizers);
  • Attracting an international audience of customers by organizing tours in foreign languages, thus providing educational tourism.
Environmental Policy:
  • Separate collection of garbage and its disposal strictly in designated places;
  • Categorical refusal of hunting tours with extermination of animals;
  • Refusal of plastic utensils in favor of paper utensils;
  • Prioritization of stopping places with efficient energy consumption (and where possible, renewable sources), efficient water use and disposal, responsible waste management;
  • Ecologization of the vehicle fleet by changing oils exclusively according to the car manufacturer's recommendations and then submitting the waste to service stations; changing air filters every 15,000 km; use of eco-friendly car washes; inclusion of cruise control on trips;
  • Minimizing activities in tours that involve environmental damage (e.g. avoiding motorcycle and quad cycles);
  • Consulting our partners from "related" industries on environmentally responsible practices;
  • Participation in environmental actions (e.g. litter picking in popular tourist destinations, cleaning rocks from vandalized inscriptions together with the Clean Altai project)
Health and Safety Policy:
  • Ensuring customer safety: providing life insurance products against accidents (including tick bites), avoiding dangerous areas on routes;
  • Providing a safe working environment that promotes employee well-being.
